"Due to the levying of a tourism promotion tax by the city of Eisenach, the landlord is obliged to collect this tax from his guests. The amount collected is a transitory item for the landlord, which must be paid in full to the city administration. The tourist tax is currently per night and adult€1.00.
Children/adolescents under the age of 18 and business travelers are exempt from the tourist tax, but must also be registered.
Attention: If you are traveling for professional reasons, please inform us before your arrival. You will then receive a verification form to fill out, which will be submitted to the city of Eisenach in order to exempt you from the tourist tax.
